Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase
  • This is your first refund request for StudyFuse
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@studyfuse.app with your account email
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Custom enterprise plans and promotional offers may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
