StudyFuse provides an AI-powered certification preparation platform for AWS and Google Cloud certifications. Our service includes study guides, flashcards, practice questions, and progress tracking features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StudyFuse are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudyFuse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
